Following our fantastic debut gig there, HEAT have been booked to play NEW YEARS EVE at Optic Nightclub in Norwich!

 

July 2010

Half way through the year and some more great venues conquered! Kafe Karma in Norwich was by far the noisiest, Noir was simply awesome, Butley Priory in Suffolk was gorgeous, as was Earsham Hall, but the wedding in a marquee in the middle of a field was truly memorable for all the right reasons! The diary is pretty much booked for the year now - in fact I dare not keep a record of all the gigs we've turned down!

HEAT have been booked to host all the Xmas parties at Potters in Hopton this year!

 

January 2010 

PHEW! What a hectic time it's been! In our first 7 months we've done 31 gigs (not to mention the dozen or more we've had to turn down) and the band is proving popular everywhere we've played. Two years of hard work is definately paying off!

 

We are currently taking a two month break from gigging to prepare some all-new exciting material!

 

December 2009 

WHEN FIVE BECAME SIX!!!...................

HEAT are delighted to announce the arrival of Jo Seeley to the band. Jo will be on vocals with Aimee - giving the band a fuller and more diverse singing range. We're really excited about this development and hope you'll come along soon and say hi to Jo at one of our gigs.

Phew! We've just done 5 gigs in 14 days! Everywhere we play we get asked to re-book! The band is going from strength to strength. We're also talking about maybe having two lead singers?! Just an idea for now......

 

We played one of the most beautiful venues in the area this month - a wedding at SOMERLEYTON HALL which was truly memorable.

 

More September news... HEAT have been asked to host the launch party for the re-opening of the old Slug & Lettuce which is set to be called BELUGA and opens on October 15th! See you there!!!

We've just played a wedding at the very wonderful KING OF HEARTS CAFE in Norwich which was a great night and a lovely venue for a smaller celebration.

HEAT have been invited to play at one of the counties most exclusive resorts. POTTERS in Hopton-on-Sea is the UK's only 5 star holiday leisure resort and attracts the very best acts from all over the UK! We've also been taking bookings left, right and centre and the diary is already filling up for the year!

 

And we have also been invited to play at THE BARFORD MUSIC FESTIVAL next month which should be great fun.

Amongst the gigs this month was our first wedding - at SPROWSTON MANOR HOTEL & COUNTRY CLUB just north of Norwich.
